Nix the nog

Your tree is trimmed, your stockings are hung and you’re yearning for some spiked eggnog. But with all those holiday goodies awaiting you, why waste your calories on nog? According to Calorie Count, just 1 cup of eggnog has nearly 350 calories and 19 grams of fat.* And who really has just 1 cup?

Hungry Girl has come up with a couple of substitutions that should keep you as jolly as St. Nick without all that jiggling.
